Is the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet program a Scam?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a popular online dieting program that claims to be able to help you lose up to 10 pounds with 9 or 10 days.  The makers say that it has been used by thousands of people worldwide to reach their dieting goals.

The basic idea behind the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program is something called “Calorie Shifting” where you still get to eat a normal amount of food each day (so no starving) but you are asked to be very careful about how you much you eat and how often.  Instead of 3 large meals a day, you are asked to eat 5-6 smaller meals. 

Is it a Scam?  It is definately not a scam.  The program has been around for many years are there are many real satisfied customers all over the world.  However, this does not mean that diet is a good fit for every dieter.
